Allergen Information

Products may contain or come into contact with milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, gluten, sesame, eggs, and other allergens. Customers should notify SATO about allergies before ordering. An allergen-free production environment cannot be guaranteed.

Chocolate Storage

Keep chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong odours. Follow any product-specific storage instructions supplied with the order.

Flowers and Cakes

Flowers should be kept cool and hydrated where appropriate. Cakes and chilled items should be refrigerated according to the instructions supplied and served within the recommended time.

Delivery Care

Temperature-sensitive orders should be received promptly. Quality cannot be guaranteed after missed delivery or when products are left in unsuitable conditions.
