Personalization

Customers should confirm names, messages, dates, logos, colours, and delivery details before approval. Changes after approval may incur extra charges or may not be possible.

Prices and Availability

Prices are shown in AED. An order is accepted only after payment authorization and confirmation of stock, customization, and delivery capacity.

Corporate and Event Orders

Large orders may require a quotation, deposit, approved artwork, and agreed production timeline. Final quantities and delivery arrangements should be confirmed in writing.
