We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Availability is confirmed at checkout and may vary for remote areas.

Estimated Timing

• Ready-made gifts: preparation within 1 business day.
• Personalized and corporate orders: 2–5 business days after approval.
• Dubai same-day delivery: subject to availability for orders confirmed before 12:00 noon.
• Standard UAE delivery: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• Remote areas: from AED 40
• Free standard delivery above AED 350

Receiving Orders

Customers should provide a complete address, landmark, and reachable UAE telephone number. Redelivery charges may apply if the recipient is unavailable. Damage or incorrect items should be reported within 24 hours with photographs.
